Cash on Delivery: Not available.
Delivery Charges: Depend on location and order weight.
Delivery Time:
Metro cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai): 2-3 business days.
Other locations: 3-7 business days.
Terms Conflict: Online Terms and Conditions take precedence over the Delivery Policy in case of any conflict.
Delivery Service Details:
Refund Policy:
If an order is canceled after payment due to personal reasons or design issues, we will refund the payment within 7-10 working days.
If an order is canceled to place a new one, we will issue a “Re-Order Token” for future use.
Return Policy:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the package is damaged or the wrong product is received. Report issues to the carrier immediately.
Damaged Products: If the outer packaging is damaged, do not accept it. Photograph and report the issue to us.
Interior Damage: If the product inside is damaged but the packaging is intact, contact us for assistance. An opening video will expedite the replacement process.
Delivery Issues:
Delivered but Not Received:
If the status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, we can request Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Receipt (DRS) from the courier, which may take 4-5 business days.
Delayed or Undelivered Shipments:
We adhere to the specified delivery timeframe. Delays due to severe weather, government restrictions, or courier issues are beyond our control and do not warrant a refund or compensation. Contact us for assistance in such cases.
Delivery Exceptions:
If a package cannot be delivered, our support team will notify you. If no response is received within a day, the package will be returned to our “Production Unit.” Provide an alternate address and pay the reshipping cost if needed.
Note: If no response is received within 30 days of the goods being returned to the HUB, the package will be scrapped, and no refund will be issued.
